It's all too familiar, as we all make the mistake of not respecting people, ideas, or circumstances and getting into trouble. I have been on both sides of it, and I share how I have been choked unconscious multiple times because I lacked respect, or how I get mopped up on the mat because I judged the book by it's cover.
